At one of Los Angeles’ most significant new residential addresses, Eichholtz California and Ryan Saghian have created fully realized residences that introduce a new expression of California luxury.
Located within Park Elm at Century Plaza, the residences sit high above Century City with extraordinary views stretching across Los Angeles.
For the project, Ryan Saghian approached each residence as a complete home rather than a traditional model unit. Eichholtz furnishings are layered with custom lighting, luxurious drapery, textured walls, art, objects, and carefully considered details to create interiors that feel sophisticated, collected, and ready to live in.
The result brings together the refined European sensibility of Eichholtz with Saghian’s distinctly Los Angeles approach to glamour—warm, architectural, and unapologetically sophisticated.
